Blue Cross Blue Shield offers a variety of Bronze, Silver and, Gold plans in the state of Wisconsin, many of which cover inpatient rehabilitation treatment to some extent. For instance, there’s the Anthem Bronze Blue Priority 6550 plan, which has a high deductible of over $6,500. After an individual meets their deductible, they’re not required to pay out of pocket costs for many services, including inpatient mental and behavioral health treatment.

Another plan offered in Wisconsin is the lower deductible ($1,850) Anthem Silver Blue Priority healthcare plan. Despite this specific plan being classified as Silver, patients are required to pay $750 and up to 20 percent for inpatient mental health and rehabilitation services after they meet their deductible. Many of the Silver plans follow a similar pattern. Other Silver plans don’t include the $750 fee, but require patients to pay 20 percent out of pocket after the deductible.
