Bartonville is located near the center of the state and is a small suburb of Peoria, the county seat. The village is located a few miles south of the General Wayne Downing Peoria International Airport. It is also the home of the Air Forces’ 182d Airlift Wing. Bartonville village is relatively small with only 6,300 residents.
