At Turning Point, detox services are provided at the beginning of your stay. It’s the first level of care and includes constant monitoring by medical personnel and recovery coaches.
Our staff and medical providers will help you safely through the withdrawal process. Your vital signs will be monitored and you’ll be provided with medication to ease any discomfort. We can adjust your medication as needed, which may include Ativan or Suboxone for severe symptoms.
Turning Point separates gender to make sure you get the appropriate treatment that’s right for you. Gender-specific treatment allows us to focus on your unique needs and remove any temptations you may experience during the program.
Our semi-private rooms are gender-specific, with males staying on one floor and females on another. Eating, smoking breaks, and swimming activities are all done separately. However, all group therapies are mixed and integrated except for our DBT group.
