Brittany has worked as a therapist in Georgia with patients ages five and up, focusing on mental health and substance abuse. Brittany partnered with the local drug court and felony probation system to provide mental health and substance abuse treatment, and in 2013 she was promoted to supervisor.

Brittany Thompson earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State in psychology, and she went on to earn a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University in 2008.
